WE Care 24×7 Helpline has been in works for several weeks now. Our Program lead Anu Saraf has been working closely with Telzio team to get the solution in place. The Solution requires the WE IMPACT 1800 number to route the call to trained volunteers who would take program specific calls one the Program is LIVE. Anu and her team been continuously working on the Call Routing workflow to increase the accuracy of calls being answered every time. With Multi-Language option, this WE Care Helpline would probably be one of the few operational helplines in US which can take calls in at least 8 different Indian languages.
